mHealthCoach™ is a Care Coordination platform, featuring Flornce™, the virtual system “coach” that works with patients in every phase of prescription and treatment.

mHealthCoach™ combines national health databases with action plans and social media to create a resource and support platform that can be accessed through Web and mobile portals.

mHealthCoach™ gives is that patients a place to visit (either through a PC or smart phone) for timely, relevant information for the treatment of disease, or mental or physical disorders. Data feeds from governmental and other sources helps keep people up to date, may include alerts for drug recalls, new medical findings and treatment news.

mHealthCoach™ also includes Action Plans, including standard guidelines for treating common diseases that require vigilant medicinal adherence. mHealthCoach™ currently offers Action Plans for: Diabetes Type 2, Bipolarity/Depression, Cardio-Vascular Disease, and Chronic Kidney Disease.

As part of a treatment support system, mHealthCoach™ includes social networking components, so patients have a way to share with others in anonymous, virtual support groups. And as a lighter way of coping with certain diseases or conditions, mHealthCoach™ includes fun and engaging Healthcare games, where patients can express frustration or jubilation by interacting with a custom-designed game interface that is specific to their disorder.

Patients can interact with mHealthCoach through Flornce™, the virtual coach who helps to inspire, guide and inform a patient throughout the care period.
