Patient Feedback Loop

mHealthCoach platform includes a highly configurable patient surveys and feedback loop module. Patient feedback loop module can be used in an in-patient setting for real time service recovery scenario as well for post discharge out patient feedback surveys and is a great cost saving option to replace score cards. Health administrators can achieve higher response rates and lower costs for getting required patient score cards filled promptly and ontime. A few of the modules within the patient feedback loop are:

Patient Assessment of Chronic Illness Care (PACIC)
    Ambulatory Care Experience Survey (ACES)
Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) – Ambulatory Care
    Primary Care Assessment Tool (PCAT)

RealTime service recovery is possibly by using the RealTime Feedback Light, a 1-click feedback loop mechanism modeled after a traffic light that gives caregivers real time status on patient service. When hospitals receive input from people via cell phone or e-mail, they can identify areas of weaker patient care and correct problems immediately. This application helps hospitals improve their Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) scores and remain competitive for a share of $850 million in federal funds.
